  • Executives speaking at conferences, panels or webinars
  • Sales teams delivering pitches
  • Leaders who want to inspire in all-hands meetings
Format

In person in Thessaloniki or online, with flexibility around the pace and duration of each program.

What it is

Most professionals don't fear the stage — they fear not being convincing, not being heard, or not having their message stick. Public speaking coaching works exactly there.

Whether it's a keynote, investor pitch, board presentation, conference talk or all-hands, we work on content, structure, voice, body language and connection with the audience. The goal is for you to speak as yourself — with greater precision and confidence.

How we work.

Method / 2026
01

Clarify the message

Before talking about delivery, we define what you want to stick. The core message, structure and story that make your talk memorable.

02

Rehearse with feedback

We work with video, playback and feedback. We identify habits, filler words, body language, tone and pace that strengthen or weaken the message.

03

Own the room

We practice audience connection, energy management, Q&A and improvisation. The goal: to feel comfortable and authentic in any setting.

Outcome

What you take away from this engagement.

Message clarity

The audience understands what you're saying and why it matters.

Confidence

Less anxiety, more sense of control on stage.

Authenticity

You find your own voice instead of copying techniques.

Persuasion

Stronger connection with the audience and a sharper call to action.

Case study

Real application.

Client background
Founder, SaaS startup, seed round

Situation

The founder had a strong product but struggled to present the business to investors. The pitch deck was good, but delivery came across as unsure and the message got lost.

Challenge

He had to convince investors in 12 minutes, handle tough questions and show confidence without appearing arrogant.

Approach

We worked over 4 sessions: message and story, pitch structure, presence and voice, Q&A and objection handling. We used video playback for every rehearsal.

Outcome

He closed the seed round and received positive feedback on the delivery from 2 investors. His on-stage confidence improved significantly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Is it for beginners or experienced speakers?

Both. Beginners build foundations; experienced speakers identify blind spots and upgrade their delivery for critical moments.

How many sessions are needed?

For a specific talk or pitch, 2-4 sessions are usually enough. For broader skill development I recommend a 6-8 session program.

Can it be done online?

Yes, coaching can be in person or online. For deck presentations, online is very effective and practical.
