  • Executives transitioning into a new role or organization
  • Leaders facing high complexity and decisions under uncertainty
Format

In person in Thessaloniki or online, with flexibility around the pace and duration of each program.

What it is

Executive Coaching isn't just a career conversation. It's a structured, confidential process that helps you think more clearly, decide faster and lead with greater confidence.

Sessions are tailored to your pace and challenges. We focus on real dilemmas: strategic choices, board management, difficult conversations, role transitions or the need to reclaim your leadership voice.

How we work.

Method / 2026
01

Diagnosis & clarity

We start from your current reality: which decisions are hard, where you feel constrained, what the next critical move is. We surface what's really in motion.

02

Focused sessions

Every meeting has an object. We use high-quality questions, frameworks and practical exercises so you can see new perspectives and unlock solutions.

03

Integration & action

Coaching is measured by the action it produces. We work with concrete commitments between sessions, tracking progress and adjusting course.

Client background
CEO, 120-person technology company

Situation

The CEO had grown the company from 20 to 120 people in 3 years. Growth was impressive, but he felt trapped between operational detail and strategic thinking.

Challenge

He struggled to delegate decisions, align the C-suite and communicate the vision clearly to the board. Fatigue was starting to affect his judgment.

Approach

We designed a 6-month program with bi-weekly sessions. We focused on thinking patterns, delegation, C-suite 1:1 structure and board meeting preparation.

Outcome

He gained clarity on his role, handed off 3 significant portfolios, improved board effectiveness and regained energy for strategic growth.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How long does an Executive Coaching program last?

Typically 6-12 months, with sessions every 2-3 weeks. Duration depends on the complexity of your goals and the pace of change you want to achieve.

Is it confidential?

Absolutely. Session content remains strictly between us. If coaching is sponsored by the organization, we agree on the confidentiality framework up front.

How is it different from consulting or mentoring?

In coaching the answers come from you. My work is to bring the right questions, structure and challenges that strengthen your own leadership thinking — not to hand you ready-made solutions.
